    First formal meeting of the 2021 Pollinator Parkway Shine Grant Committee meeting. 
    The focal points for this year's submission will be:
     
    1) A better definition of our educational goals and how they will be met and measured.
    (Lesson plans, pre- and post-tests, letters of commitments from educators)
    2) A refined budget and timeline.
    3) A refined definition and proof of need.
